Butlers Spray Centre is a family run business and has been in the wood finishing trade since 1996 spanning two generations. We stock all modern paints and lacquers, combined with our expertise we are able to produce high quality spray finishes on wood to our trade and domestic customers.

We are well respected throughout the South for our exceptional quality, attention to detail, courteous and professional service, and expertise in wood finishing. We are experts in wood finishing, spraying and restoration, providing contemporary wood finishing solutions for both interior and exterior applications. We specialise in high gloss, flat and polish (burnish). Butlers Spray Centre are recognised as among the best domestic and commercial wood repairers and restorers in the South.

We only use the finest materials to guarantee a durable, hardwearing finish with two-pack Polyurethane and water based paint being our recommended choice for the ultimate result.

We provide a colour matching service and can replicate any colour from RAL Colours, NCS Colours, Dulux, Farrow and Ball, Little Green Paint Company, Paint Library, and Crown... to name just a few.

Butlers Spray Centre cover all aspects of interior wood finish from high gloss, flat and polished kitchen units and doors through to matt lacquer finishes on bedroom or dining room furniture. Whatever colour or finish you desire we can provide you with the perfect result every time.

In our fully equipped workshop we are set up to spray bespoke external joinery using Teknos microporous waterborne paint, the leading brand in waterborne products. We have a 7m x 11m spray booth with a conveyor system that consist of 55 metres of tracking.

This makes our spray booth ideal for external joinery because we can hang items up and spray all sides without handling.

Interior Work

We use a 3 coat system consisting of 2 primers and 1 topcoat with a rub down in-between every coat. All our internal work is sprayed in a polyurethane paint (P.U) which is an incredibly hard wearing product and easily wiped clean.

We can achieve any gloss level and any colour matched.

Exterior Work

All our external joinery is sprayed in Teknos, the leading brand in waterborne products.

This is also a 3 coat system achieving a very high standard of finish. Here there are two gloss levels you can chose from:

A gloss finish which is 60%.

Or a satin finish, this is the most popular at 30%.
